Shipping policy

Shipping Options: In appreciation for our customers, we offer a flat shipping rate.

Order Processing Time: GPD products are handmade in house and require 3-5 days processing. If processing time is extended, the customer will be notified via email.

Delivery Addresses: Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address after order completion.

International Orders: GPD currently doesn't ship international from the home website; however, our Etsy shop ships worldwide. 

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with tracking information for the package

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: We sincerely want you to be very happy with your purchase! Please read our return policy and contact us with any concerns.
