Where do you ship to?
Domestic in the USA and internationally
How long does shipping take?
All products are CUSTOM or HANDMADE by Ginger Patch Designs. Therefore, your goodies will take 2-3 days to be processed prior to shipping. Customers can select from multiple shipping options of their choosing.
How do I track my order?
When you place order, you will receive and email order confirmation. Once your goodies ship, you will then receive a shipment notification with the tracking information included.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Damaged: Send a picture of the item to brittany@gingerpatchdesigns.com. Items damaged in transit or that are defective are eligible for returns within 30 days.
Incorrect Size/Item Ordered: If the product is not damaged or defective, it can be returned within 30 days with the customer paying return shipping.
How do I return an item?
Please contact the shop via EMAIL for returns; this is checked daily.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your items has been received back in our shop, your refund will be processed minus shipping costs.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We do accept alternate item exchanges if the original item is in 'new' and 'unused' condition (i.e. no lipstick residue, stains, odors. etc.). The customer is responsible for return shipping. All clearance sales final.

How to wash GPD apparel:
GPD printed apparel can be machine-washed COLD inside out. It can be tumble-dried on LOW, but air drying is recommended for longer-lasting quality.

Handwashing is recommended; DO NOT MACHINE DRY
